Wow, time is flying by! Our students have been working hard during the last few weeks of school. We are wrapping up CAASPP testing. We have some students who need to complete make-up tests and our 8th grade will take the science test today. Thank you to Nikki Gunn, the PTSA, and the parent volunteers for all of the wonderful testing snacks.
We look forward to seeing you all at Open House on Thursday, May 30th.
Inverness Open House is from 5:00-6:00. Hot dogs will be served at 4:30 at Inverness.
West Marin Open House is from 6:15-7:15. Hot dogs will be served at 5:45 at West Marin School.
Please come celebrate your student(s) accomplishments!

We received funds from CalHOPE to support our counseling program. The money was distributed amongst our classes to support new “cozy corners” and other therapeutic interventions
If you are interested in having your child receive school-based mental health counseling via. Zoom this summer, please contact me directly at morgan.shepherd@shorelineunified.org space is limited.
Golden Bell Award Winners
Congratulations Julie and Rocio, the West Marin-Inverness 2024 Golden Bell Award winners! We celebrated them on Thursday!
Created in 1982, the Golden Bell Awards celebrate public education in Marin County by bringing our community together to recognize fantastic certificated teachers and faculty, exceptional classified and confidential staff, outstanding community partners and student programs, as well as present awards to an exemplary educator, classified employee, teacher, and trustee. Western Weekend
The Samba Band will be marching in the Western Weekend Parade on Sunday, June 2nd at 12:00 pm! Please come support our students!
Library and Classroom Books
Scavenger Hunt Time! Please check your homes, cars, backpacks, etc.. for any books/ materials that belong to West Marin or Inverness School. Please return all materials by June 4, 2024
Family Fun Picnic
Please join us on Tuesday, June 4th from 11:30 to 12:25 at West Marin School for an ALL school picnic. Please bring a blanket and a lunch and be ready to have fun!
