Based on the increasing number of power outages, as well as the high winds and continuing rain that will undoubtedly affect our road conditions into the morning, we are making the decision to close all Shoreline schools for tomorrow, Monday February 5th. We will make up this school day on April 5th, our first emergency school closure day.
We plan to reopen schools on Tuesday, February 6th. The forecast calls for much calmer weather tomorrow, and we will spend the day ensuring that our schools are ready for students to return on Tuesday.
